  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
